Bella is now picking out her own clothes, so if she wants to go to the apple orchard in a dress, wild 'n' crazy tights, and her pretty shoes, who am I to stop her? :)

Apple Orchard
Last weekend we went to an apple orchard nearby. It was a nice little orchard, but what was really cool was the "adopt-a-tree" idea. Each kid got to "adopt" a tree for free. Their name was put on a little tag on the tree, and every year the kids can pick one bag of apples from their tree for free! Granted, the bags are the 1/2 peck size, and since we tagged some Connell Red trees, that means about 3 or 4 apples. I still think it's a really great idea to get returning customers. Both kids were really proud of their trees.

Connell Red apples are our favorite apple name :-) Now Liam just wants a variety with his name!
