Christmas, in spite of all the flu in the house, was a good one this year. The kids left out milk and cookies (and homemade truffles) for Santa this year, and in return Alex got his own digital camera and Bella got an MP3 player.
They also received many new books, some clothes, and a few other toys. For christmas dinner James made prime rib, which was really good. Then he went to work, and I was up the rest of the night with my bout of the stomach flu. Not fun! Luckily, I seemed to have the 24-hour bug, so I was able to take care of the kids for the most part. We haven't been outside for quite a while, though, so I'm starting to go stir-crazy!
