Spring Cleaning

Even though it's only February, spring cleaning has begun in my house. The other day I pulled out all of my appliances and swept underneath them. Okay, I confess, it wasn't so much spring cleaning as the fact that we were down to 5 letters in our magnetic alphabet, as all the rest had been kicked/pushed/swept under the fridge and stove at some point in time. But at least it got cleaned! The kids have also been a big help. They wanted to wear bandanas like I do when I do heavy cleaning, so we rigged them up. I think Bella looks like a little Cinderbella. :)

Potty training has been going fairly well. She does well, as long as we remember to ask her every 20 -30 minutes. If we forget, then she sometimes forgets, too. I can't wait to be done with diapers.

I went in to the oral surgeon's for a check-up today, and he said that I have a hematoma on one side of my mouth, and that is why my face is still swelled a week after they pulled my wisdom teeth. So it's back on an antibiotic (amoxicillin this time, instead of penicillin), more cleaning stuff, and another check-up in 2 weeks. ARGH! I don't care if my kids need it or not, they're getting their wisdom teeth pulled when they're teenagers/young adults, because they heal a bunch faster than people in their 30's. :)
