I bought some fabric - 1 yard each of blue, yellow, and pink gingham - from a garage sale, and thought to try my hand at sewing. I have a sewing machine that my grandmother gave me for a wedding gift almost 8 years ago. Except for a little difficulty understanding about the bias tape, I think I did pretty good! And yes, they are supposed to be capris, I didn't make the legs too short! The blue matches her eyes, so it's really cute.
