Following statement overheard at my house last week: "Maybe if we combine our birthdays and christmas, we could buy me a leafblower!" Yup, I said that. Why?
That's why. Believe it or not, there's snow on the ground. The whole back yard was covered in it. But in the front yard, all I was seeing was green. So I did what my mother would have done when I was a child if our yard would have needed raking:
Put the kids to work! Okay, so the kids didn't really rake up most of those leaves. I was hard at work, until they started fighting over the one extra rake. So I decided to take a break and take some pictures.
Once we got all the leaves raked up, then we had some fun! But I'll save that for another post. :)
