I realized I haven't put a picture of our kitty up yet. Her name is Tish, which is short for Morticia. We adopted her on halloween, and unfortunately the name pumpkin was taken by, oh, every other orange cat I know, so we had to get creative. (I guess it means if we ever get another cat, its name will have to be Gomez.) Tish still has her claws, which I think is a good thing. Alex sometimes forgets that she is a live animal, and he will flop on her or try to drag her across the room by her tail or stuff like that. Tish has yet to really scratch him good, but she's come close enough that when she swipes, Alex dodges her. She's always sleeping on the couch or the floor when we're in the living room, and she sleeps at the foot of my bed at night, until I roll over and accidentally kick her off! She's a very good kitty!
